We are available by appointment. We will attempt to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible. You may call 704-316-5080 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday. We do require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Please bring your insurance card and a list of your current medications to each appointment and to allow time to copy your insurance cards and update any information in your chart. New patients should arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

is on your insurance plan. Most insurance companies provide an 800 number on the
member's card to assist you with that information. We ask that new patients arrive
30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit. You will be asked to complete a registration
and medical history form. Please bring all insurance cards.
After hours support
We do provide an after hours answering service for urgent medical problems. We ask
that routine questions, prescription refills and non-emergency appointments be made
during regular business hours. If hospitalization is required, a team of in-hospital
specialists will provide your care until you are discharged.
We observe the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
We close at noon on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve.
All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we
do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected
to pay in full at the time of service.
